Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 August 2026

This policy explains how Zitro LLC (“Zitro”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and stores personal information of visitors to zitro.online (the “Site”) and of the businesses we provide services to. By using the Site you accept the practices described here.

Who we are

Zitro LLC, Arch. Makariou III Avenue 45, Office 3B, 3040 Limassol, Cyprus. Questions about this policy, or about the information we hold on you, go to ceo@zitro.online.

What we collect

Log data

Our servers record the ordinary information a browser sends: IP address, browser type and version, the pages requested, and the date and time of the request. We use it to keep the Site available and to investigate abuse.

Device data

We may record the type of device and operating system used to reach the Site. What is available depends on your own device and browser settings.

Information you give us

If you write to us or complete the contact form, we receive what you chose to send — typically your name, your company, your email address and your message. Nothing on this Site asks for more than that.

Service data

Where we provide payment services to a business, we process the transaction records needed to deliver, reconcile and account for those payments. That processing is governed by the agreement with that business, not by this Site policy.

Why we are allowed to process it

We process personal information only where there is a lawful basis to do so:

  • because it is necessary to perform a contract with you, or to take steps you asked for before entering one;
  • because we have a legitimate interest that does not override your rights — keeping our services secure, preventing fraud, and improving what we offer;
  • because you gave consent for a specific purpose, which you may withdraw at any time; or
  • because the law requires it of us.

How long we keep it

No longer than we need it, except where the law requires us to keep it for a defined period. While we hold it, we protect it by means that are reasonable for its sensitivity. No transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only where it is necessary, and only with:

  • service providers who host, secure or support our systems, under contract and on our instructions;
  • our own staff and companies within our group, where they need it to do their job;
  • professional advisers, and authorities where we are legally obliged to disclose.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for other companies’ advertising.

International transfers

We operate across borders and information may be processed outside the country you are in. Where it leaves the European Economic Area we rely on the safeguards the law provides for such transfers.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold on you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict that use. Write to ceo@zitro.online and we will respond within the period the law allows. You may also complain to the supervisory authority in your country.

Cookies

The Site uses a small number of cookies and equivalent local storage: one to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice, and one to remember your language. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Blocking them in your browser will not prevent you from reading the Site.

Children

The Site and our services are for businesses. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed; continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the current version.
