Interpretation and definitions

Capitalised words have the meanings set out below, in the singular and the plural alike.

• Company (also “Zitro”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) means Zitro LLC, Arch. Makariou III Avenue 45, Office 3B, 3040 Limassol, Cyprus, together with its directors, officers, employees, contractors and affiliates.
• Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where control means holding 50% or more of the voting rights.
• Service means this Website.
• Website means zitro.online and its subdomains.
• Device means anything used to reach the Service — a computer, a phone, a tablet.
• Feedback means any suggestion or comment you send us about the Service.
• You means the person using the Service, or the company on whose behalf they are using it.

Acknowledgement

These Terms govern the use of this Website and form the agreement between You and the Company in that respect. Your access is conditional on accepting them. If you disagree with any part, do not use the Website.
